Support did get back to me, so there’s that. It just took a bit longer than I would’ve hoped for something that didn’t seem all that complicated. To be fair, they did answer my question in the end, just not exactly at lightning speed.

I’m still waiting to get verified, and it’s been taking way longer than I expected. They haven’t really given any clear update, so it just feels kind of stuck.

I tried using superex.com for a little while, but i never felt completely at ease with my account there. The login process and security steps felt a bit vague to me, and I kept wondering what was actually being protected and what wasn’t.

Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but their response didn’t really settle my nerves. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, trust matters a lot, and walking away feeling unsure was disappointing...

The site itself was fine enough to use, nothing too confusing there. But with the fees adding up like that, it just didn’t feel worth it for me. Maybe if you’re trading bigger amounts it makes more sense, because then maybe the cost is easier to... I don’t know, absorb.

I signed up for Superex mainly because the promos looked good at first, but after actually using it for a bit, the rewards don’t feel as valuable as they seemed.
A lot of the bonuses come with too many rules or end up having a low usable value, so I found myself checking the details way more than I expected. It kind of takes the fun out of it.

It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but I definitely expected more from the offers. If the rewards don’t get better, I’ll probably start looking somewhere else.

My snap judgment after using it: deposits are mostly okay, though I’ve had a few fail for no clear reason. Withdrawals are the real issue — they lag way too much and don’t feel reliable
